How Do We Ship Our Products?

Aksclothings have forged partnerships with globally renowned logistics and courier companies known for their reliability, security, and speed, including DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, and XpressBee. With their expertise, we can guarantee the prompt and efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide.

Shipping methods and partners may vary by state and country. We shall update you about them before dispatch.

Domestic Wholesale Delivery. What’s the Estimated Delivery Time?

For domestic deliveries, aksclothings typically has all inventories in stock in the warehouse, and wholesale orders are shipped within 48 - 72 hours from order confirmation. While we send orders within 24 hours in most cases, inventories are needed to be prepared and packaged on certain occasions. The estimated delivery time for national shipment is 7 to 10 working days.

International Wholesale Shipping. What’s the Estimated Delivery Time?

We ship and deliver our products to retailers outside India in almost all major countries. Contact our centre to know the countries we deliver in.

For all orders placed outside India, the products are shipped within five to seven business days from the time of order confirmation. In most cases, we send orders within 48 hours, but in some cases, inventories are needed to be prepared and packaged based on the destination. The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days.

NOTES: We do not ship on Sundays and national holidays.

  • Orders placed on Saturday post 2 PM are dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
  • Certain unforeseen situations like bank holidays, interstate and intercountry regulations, bad weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, economic and political issues, serviceability of courier partners in the Pincode, and even accidents can delay order delivery. Such situations are beyond our control. 
  • However, if your order is delayed beyond fourteen days of the estimated delivery time, we will coordinate with the shipment partner and get in touch with you with the latest update.

  • If any selected items are out-of-stock or under production, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

What is Our Shipping Cost for National and International Orders?

The shipping cost for all orders is calculated at the time of checkout depending on the size and volume of the order and the shipping address (country). The exact amount and the expected delivery are quoted at the checkout.

Once your order has been prepared and ready, we will raise an invoice based on your shipping preferences and send it to you via email.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Please note that your products may be held at customs for inspections, delaying the delivery time.
  • For international orders, shipping charges paid on our website exclude customs duties, local handling fees, and other clearance fees applicable to your country.
  • These charges are the buyers’ (retailer) responsibility.
  • The buyer must obtain all information pertaining to the country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing apparel online/offline from India.
  • In the event the buyer/retailer refuses to pay the necessary charges, taxes, or import duties to collect the shipment, the carrier will abandon the package, and a refund shall not be issued.

  • Aksclothings accepts all major national and international credit cards, debit cards, UPI IDs, and Internet banking transactions.
  • We also provide easy 0% Interest EMIs without Credit Cards through Snapmint for domestic orders.
  • We offer safe and secure payment through our third-party payment partners. Rest assured. 

How Do You Know an Order is Shipped?

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information about your order and estimated delivery time. Once the order is dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain the tracking number and a link to our designated courier company’s website, enabling you to track the status of your shipment in real time.

What If the Order Has Tampered or Items Are Missing?

At Aksclothings, we prioritise ensuring the utmost quality in every order before it leaves our warehouse. Our strict quality control ensures you have a flawless wholesale shopping experience with us. We have partnered with highly reliable third-party logistics companies worldwide with established track records in their fields.

In the rare event that you receive a package that is defective or missing items, we urge you to reach out to our grievance team without delay at care@aksclothings.com within 24 hours of delivery.  We will assist you in resolving the matter efficiently.

If the third-party delivery partner gives you a package that is opened, damaged, soiled, or tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT the Package. Take a picture of the Package and Report it to our grievance team immediately at care@aksclothings.com.

NOTE: Package opening video is MUST to report missing or defective items. We may refuse to replace any missing if the terms aren’t met.
